We are a private limited company established under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia as declared in the Company’s Deed of Establishment No. 12, dated 14 September 2004 through notarial decree of Muhammad Hanafi, SH of Jakarta and approved by the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia Decree No. C-26010. HT.01.01.TH.2004, dated 19 October 2004, supplement No. 2372 of State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia No. 18, dated 4 March 2005.

PT. Brent Asset Management acquired its business license as Investment Manager from Bapepam – LK through the Chairman of BAPEPAM Decision Letter No. KEP-01/PM/MI/2005 dated 17 January 2005.

PT. Brent Asset Management is majority owned by PT. Brent Securities and the management team.
